The Ponente residence consists of three buildings in energy class A , equipped with underground parking and divided between two and four floors above ground. The project buildings are conceived with formal, material and chromatic architectural characteristics similar to the existing ones in order to respect the peculiarities and the consolidated identity of the Darsena dell'Orologio.

The buildings mainly overlook the dock and secondarily towards the internal courtyard / common square.

The ground floor apartments of buildings named 'B' and 'C' have a private garden, while on the ground floor of building A, shops and restaurant.

The garage will be built with closed garages with an area ranging from 22 to 35 square meters.

The design approach to the choice of finishes that the three new building volumes will have to have starts from the basic choice of substantially respecting the characteristics that distinguish the buildings of the Allotment already built. Consequently, the roofs will be in brick, the gutters and external downspouts will be made of metal with a “dark brown” color, the windows will be white with dark green ones.

The coloring of the facades, also articulated on the elevations of the individual buildings, will see the alternation of white, beige and ocher.
